* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage product and process improvements independently.
* Monitor processes, address trends, and implement solutions.
* Maintain and evaluate risk management files.
* Lead investigations, resolve issues, and support audits.
* Design experiments, analyse data, and recommend actions.
* Present findings and mentor team members.
* Ensure product availability and drive cost-effective improvements.
Requirements:
* A PhD or have submitted their thesis for a PhD.
* Experience with ELISA's, Western Blotting or Laboratory Diagnostics.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
