Job Title: Social Care Worker
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Social Care Worker. This role will involve providing high-quality care and support to individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism.
About the Role
* This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
* To provide person-centred care and support to individuals in line with their needs and preferences.
* To work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* A minimum of Level 7 on the QQI Framework BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care, e.g., HND, NVQ Level 5-6, BTEC National Diploma, SVQ Level 3.
