Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly reports for government departments.
* Manage projects during the defects period, overseeing defect resolution and assisting with commercial settlements.
* Handle change order creation for additional work.
* Scope and manage concept design and budgets for funding applications.
* Coordinate the procurement of design teams on eTenders as required.
* Conduct building stock surveys, energy upgrade assessments, and carbon emissions reporting, contributing to sustainability planning.
* Perform occasional site visits.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of Project Management experience, with a mix of public and private sector contracts.
* A strong interest in long-term, client-side project management.
* In-depth construction knowledge.
* Familiarity with eTenders (training can be provided if needed).
