Procurement/stores assistant will operate in a team based environment managing stock at point of use by utilising scanning systems to requisition stock and working to maintain strict replenishment schedules:
1. Work in Point of Use as required by your Supervisor or Line Manager where you will be assigned to scanning and/or replenishing of stock
2. Use of Barcode scanning system to reserve stock
3. Maintenance of inventory storage systems
4. Participation in regular point of use audits
5. Utilise ICT Procurement Systems (Punch-out and SAP systems) to ensure efficiencies in service delivery.
6. To assist line manager in the performance of his/her duties and to carry out such other duties as may be assigned to him/her.
7. Implement new systems as directed by Line Manger and co-operate with the introduction and use of new technology and practices.
8. Extensive use of Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel
9. Ensure deadlines are met and that service levels are maintained
Requirements: SAP experience, Manual Handling, min 2 years experience in similar environment (Logistics /Procurement).
Weekly hours: Mon -Fri, 35 hours
Hourly rate: 17.00 €
