Reservations Agent Job Opportunity
Red Chair Recruitment are currently seeking a highly skilled Reservations Agent to join our client's team based in South Kerry.
The main responsibilities for the role include assisting with everyday reservations and bookings for an established golf course. This will involve managing all inquiries, planning and organizing itineraries for golf members, managing transport and logistics bookings, arranging accommodation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with reservations and bookings for a golf course.
* Manage all inquiries and plan itineraries for golf members.
* Arrange transportation and logistics bookings.
* Book accommodation and provide customer service.
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience working in a reservations agent or reservations and administration role.
* Previous experience working in a golf club reservations department is considered an advantage.
* Experience with managing reservations, transport, and logistics, as well as processing payments and billing.
* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
* Well-presented, professional manner with a positive attitude and customer service orientation.
* Computer proficiency and experience with using CRM software and other packages.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rotation basis.
