HSE Administrator Job Description

* Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored case management plans that cater to the unique requirements of each service user.
* Coordinate services by acting as a liaison between individuals, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery.
* Manage service requests, budgets, and documentation in accordance with HSE and HIQA standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
* Regularly monitor case progress, review outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal results and continuous improvement.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and business cases to support service development and enhancement, driving positive change and growth within the organization.
