About the Role
We're looking for an experienced commercial leader to head our Account Management team at a global software company. In this role, you'll lead a team of account managers while personally owning a portfolio of strategic accounts - combining deal-making with coaching, strategy, and team development. Your mission is to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell across our ecosystem, ensuring both your quota and your team's targets are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
* Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing account management team.
* Personally manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
* Map accounts, segment opportunities, and build long-term plans to maximize revenue potential.
* Build senior-level relationships and position the company as a trusted partner for mobile growth.
Requirements
* Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS or performance media sales, ideally in the mobile advertising ecosystem.
* Extensive background in Account Management or Sales.
* Strong track record of exceeding quotas, both individually and through a team.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
