Description
The Assistant Director of Nursing – Night Duty is part of the Senior Nursing Management Team.
The post holder will be an experienced and committed nurse with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
You will need knowledge and experience in the acute hospital setting with a key focus on ensuring a safe patient environment and providing guidance to staff on operational matters.
The post holder will work on a 7 over 7-day roster including nights and weekend night shifts.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years post-registration nursing experience
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience at Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) level in an acute setting
