This role will be Hybrid.Located in our Abbey Quarter Office, this role reports to the Category Manager and supports the delivery of our Commercial functions.ResponsibilitiesGrow, develop, and manage the relevant key accounts portfolio to meet the short term and longer-term business and customer needs.Work closely with a wide cross functional team to deliver an exceptionally positive customer experience.Manage sales targets and maintain and update forecasts in line with business requirements.Contribute towards the collation of market intelligence, lead generation and qualification and report on the competitive landscape and market pricing information.Contribute towards the elaboration of a business strategy and growth plan for the portfolio and for key customers.Communication: All relevant customer facing communications, preparation of internal reports, business development reviewsRequirementsHigh academic record to date and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree in Business or Commerce.Passion for sales and desire to grow our businessRelevant sales experience through an internship or other related experienceAmbition to progress successfully in a career in commercial in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environmentAn internship in a food company and/or a Masters in Food Business is a distinct advantageThinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutionsDrives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectivesCommunicates clearly and can influence at all levelsDemonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and growAnalytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute changeAccessibility to move between production sites is a distinct advantageIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date resume.We offer2 year structured graduate development programmeSite or team rotations as part of the programmeYear on year salary incrementHybrid workingFree parking incl.
