Human Resources Executive Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to excel in the field of human resources on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will report to the HR Director and work closely with the General Manager. Key responsibilities include:
* Engaging employees and resolving queries
* Recruiting and onboarding new hires
* Overseeing training activities
* Updating employee data
* Generating reports and analyzing payroll
* Delivering HR projects
* Supporting the wider leadership and operations teams
Requirements:
* A degree qualification in human resources or a related field
* At least 3 years' experience in human resources
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
* Strong IT, data, and reporting skills
This is a permanent part-time role working approximately 24 hours per week. Salary will depend on candidate skills and experience but is expected to range up to €40-45k pro-rata. Hours to be worked will be agreed between both parties.
