Our client is a well-regarded provider of material handling and equipment support services who are based inNorth Dublin.With a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence, they are now seeking aService Support Administratorto support their service team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.This is a full time, permanent role based on their site.As aService Support Administrator, you will support day-to-day service operations by managing job workflows, purchase orders, invoicing, and customer communications. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience for customers while maintaining accurate systems and records.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customers and engineers, taking calls and logging service requests.Raise, manage, and complete service jobs.Monitor job status and update service leads on unissued or pending jobs.Request and manage purchase orders (POs) from customers and link them to service jobs.Complete jobs and generate invoices.Update customer portals with job progress and completion details.Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries in a timely manner.Requirements:Must have experience within in a role that supported a material handling, industrial machinery, or a technical service environment.Previous experience in service administration, customer service, or parts support is essential.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Familiarity with service workflows, invoicing, and job tracking systems will be an advantage.Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proactive approach with a strong customer-service mindset.For more info contactNiamh Cregg
