The role of a Business Development Representative is to drive revenue growth through proactive engagement with customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Portfolio Management: Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on revenue growth and retention through proactive communication.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, addressing topics such as Pricing, Images/Certificates, Samples, and other relevant matters.
* New Account Onboarding: Welcome new customers by providing them with necessary information and support to ensure a seamless experience.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of company products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM database to track customer interactions and preferences.
* Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers by providing post-sales follow-up and ensuring their needs are met.
* Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
* Account Management: Effectively manage allocated house accounts to meet business objectives.
* Campaigns: Participate in discontinued product campaigns, new product introduction campaigns, dormant account campaigns, and other initiatives as required.
