What will I be doing as a Bakewell Manager at Applegreen?
· Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
· Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
· Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
· Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
