Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Lead Digital Strategy: Drive a results-focused digital marketing strategy to support fundraising, engagement, and awareness goals.
* Set KPIs and Analyse Performance: Establish digital KPIs, track performance across all channels, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
* Manage Paid Social Campaigns: Plan, test, and optimise paid social media campaigns targeting the right audiences with effective messaging.
* Enhance Website Performance: Manage and optimise the website, using analytics to boost user experience, supporter conversion, and donation outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven Experience in Digital Marketing: Ideally with direct response marketing experience within the not-for-profit or purpose-led sector.
* Digital Strategy and Planning: Strong working knowledge of digital strategy, campaign planning, and multi-channel delivery.
* SEO and Email Marketing: Good understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them, as well as experience running email marketing campaigns.
