We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund Oversight Manager to join our Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Dublin and is Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
* Oversight and review of various Depositary Fund Oversight tasks including cash monitoring, cash reconciliations, record keeping and ownership verification, and NAV oversight tasks.
* Interaction with our offshore utilities daily, including oversight and review of related Fund Oversight tasks.
* Reporting into the Dublin Branch Fund Oversight manager, ensuring assistance with KRI reporting and MI related tasks.
* Interaction with the Depositary client management teams, answering client related queries and assisting from a due diligence and presentation perspective when needed.
* Own the Fund Oversight outcomes and deliverables, with clear understanding and priority on results-based deliverables
* Understanding and implementing any audit related deliverables for the Fund Oversight team – ensuring readiness and embeddedness of any previous audit related actions.
* Bring enthusiasm, drive and energy to Fund Oversight team and process
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
* Experience in financial services industry with a Fund Accounting or Depositary background
* The ability to apply backlog prioritization to ensure KRI deliveries are achieved.
* Can develop partnerships across the Trust and Depositary world, including the utilities, the remaining on shore Depositary locations and management.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Understanding and implementation of governance and risk related regimes and appropriate controls while ensuring robust oversight is in place across all functions.
