HRIS Programme ManagerAbout the RoleA leading Agri-Food organisation in the North-West/Border region is seeking an experiencedHRIS Programme Managerto join its IT team ahead of a major infrastructure project commencing in the new year.TheHRIS Programme Managerwill lead and coordinate multiple HRIS workstreams, with a primary focus onimplementing a new SAP Payroll system. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and operational HR technology initiatives across the business.The position is offered on ahybrid basis, requiring onsite presence2 (occasionally 3) days per week. Initially a6-month contract, there is a strong likelihood of extension due to the scale of the project.Please note that at present this rolenot availableon a fully remote basisKey ResponsibilitiesOversee delivery of multiple HRIS-related projects.Ensure alignment of HRIS initiatives with business goals and HR strategy.Manage interdependencies, risks, and resource allocation across workstreams.Provide leadership and direction to project teams and stakeholders, including regular programme status updates.Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Payroll, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.Manage configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.Ensure payroll compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.Required Experience & SkillsDegree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5+ years senior IT Project/Programme management experience.Proven experience in programme management of HRIS systems in complex environments.Strong project management experience delivering SAP Payroll (SuccessFactors, ECP, or SAP HCM).Detailed understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and integrations.Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Experience working in matrixed or global organisations.DesirableSAP certification in Payroll or HR modules.Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy in HR systems.Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).IMPORTANT - All applicantsmust haveimmediate availability to work in Ireland and/or the wider EU as our clientcannot provide any kind of Visa or Work Permit sponsorship at present.To Apply:For more information on this role,please contact Níall on or or send current CV along with brief cover letter through this site
