Company :Allegheny Health NetworkJob Description :GENERAL OVERVIEW: Eligible Sign on Bonus details for qualified candidates: $1,000 (after 90 days of continuous employment) Performs cleaning of patient rooms, offices, departments, and ancillary areas following standardized procedures.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Completes timely cleaning of patient rooms and supports departmental cleaning needs, including discharge, cycle, office, and ancillary area cleaning.
Also includes exterior building cleaning, dispenser refilling, and receptacle collection.
(55%)Performs project work such as wall washing, trash removal, biohazardous linen and sharps disposal, and assists with emergency cleanup.
(10%)Participates in Patient Satisfaction initiatives to meet department goals.
(10%)Follows hospital safety standards regarding chemicals, equipment, and hazardous areas.
(15%)Adheres to hospital policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, including regulatory requirements.
