What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver top-notch service and exceed guest expectations
* Keep all food and beverage areas clean and organised
* Work as part of a team and bring a positive attitude
* Develop a strong knowledge of the menu, including food, drinks, and cocktails
* Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
* Follow all hotel policies and maintain high service standards
* Process transactions accurately through the POS system
* Maintain a professional appearance in uniform
* Work to maximise guest service and increase positive feedback
What We're Looking For:
* Passionate, energetic individuals
* A team player with a great attitude
* Prior food and beverage experience is a plus, but not essential
