Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant Logistics & Warehousing Salary: €35,000 €45,000 base + uncapped commission Duration: Permanent, full-time Location: Dublin 10 Benefits: Free onsite parking, canteen facilities, pension, gym membership & EAP 360 Recruitment Consultant Top Drawer Talent is hiring an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a close knit high-performing team specialising in the logistics and warehousing sector.Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.This is a dynamic opportunity for a driven recruiter to take ownership of both contract and permanent roles across a growing client base, with full-cycle autonomy and generous earning potential.Based in Dublin 10, the position is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while delivering exceptional talent solutions.Working across a mix of permanent and temporary assignments, you will be instrumental in expanding service offerings and securing top-tier logistics and warehousing professionals for a variety of customers.Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for logistics and warehousing roles across both temporary and permanent desks.Develop and nurture strong client relationships to secure repeat business and exclusive partnerships.Source, screen, and interview candidates to build and maintain a strong, ready-to-place talent pipeline.Advertise roles effectively using multiple platforms to attract high-quality candidates.Coordinate and manage client interviews, candidate feedback, offers, and onboarding processes.Negotiate terms of business, salaries, and placement fees confidently and in line with market expectations.Maintain accurate records on the internal CRM and ensure all compliance and legal checks are completed.Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity in the logistics and warehousing sectors.Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote brand visibility and deepen relationships.Requirements: Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or a related industrial sector.Strong ability to manage a busy, dual-desk workload with confidence and structure.Excellent client-facing skills, with a professional and consultative approach to recruitment.Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.Excellent sourcing capabilities across job boards, Linked In, referrals, and direct headhunting.Knowledge of Irish employment legislation, especially in relation to contract staffing, is highly desirable.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements and prioritise accordingly.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated recruiter looking to grow within a specialist agency that values performance, initiative, and relationship-building.
