We are seeking a proactive H&S Advisor to join our established Health & Safety team in Mayo.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the implementation and maintenance of the company Health & Safety Management SystemCarry out regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsSupport incident investigations and reporting, identifying corrective actionsEnsure compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation and company proceduresDeliver toolbox talks and safety briefings as requiredMaintain accurate health & safety records and documentationWork closely with site management and operational teams to promote a strong safety cultureEXPERIENCE & SKILLSPrevious experience in a Health & Safety Officer or Advisor role (or similar)Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practicesExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and across multiple sitesProactive approach with strong attention to detailQUALIFICATIONSRelevant Health & Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, QQI, or equivalent)Full, clean driving licenceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
