Payroll Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team.
Main Purpose and Scope:
The payroll administrator is a key team member of the ONeill Foley team, working with a team of payroll specialists to run weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a large volume of clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Run weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a large volume of clients
* BrightPay Connect Employer and Employee Onboarding
* Preparing and customizing payroll reports for clients
* E nsuring clients are compliant with all Revenue and Statutory requirements and obligations
* Dealing with clients and addressing their payroll queries in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
* Ad hoc duties from time to time as requested by manager/partner
Necessary Qualifications, Attitude, and Experience:
* Proven payroll experience
* IPASS Certificate in Payroll Techniques desirable
* 2 years in finance/practice environment
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Consistent, professional dress and manner
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
