Job Title: Prominent Team Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to oversee our social care services in the Limerick region.
Responsibilities:
* To manage, motivate and supervise staff to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
* To have a strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
* To possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* To work effectively as part of a team and be proactive in resolving issues.
* To have a good understanding of IT, administration, report writing, and organizational skills.
Requirements:
* A minimum Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Nursing, Social Work, or a relevant discipline.
* A proven track record of management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
* A formal qualification in Management Working with budgets and accounts.
* Knowledge of spreadsheets and database.
* Reasonable knowledge and appreciation of residential needs, social/recreational issues, and training programs for adults with intellectual disabilities.
