We are seeking to hire an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeperin our Waterford City office. Responsibilities: Assisting with accounts preparations & Tax returns for our clients Data entry Bank Reconciliation VAT & RCT Returns Payroll MISC duties as required Candidate Profile: 2-3 years experience in practise (Essential) Confident with figures and have good computer skills. Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients on your portfolio Be flexible and well organised Be a natural team player, comfortable working closely in a team environment Previous use of Bright Software/ Sage/ Autoentry are an advantage Dealing with client queries in relation to the above Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks and focus on meeting deadlines Fluent written and spoken English is essential FDC Benefits: ACCA accredited Opportunities for personal and professional growth with our internal training.
