Duty Manager Role
As Duty Manager you will be the go to person for both guests and staff during your shift. Ensuring the hotel runs smoothly supporting the team or stepping in to solve any issues. This role is all about keeping standards high, ensuring guests have a good experience and making sure the team feels supported.
Job Description
Take charge of hotel operations during your shift
Support, guide and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
Handle complaints quickly and calmly.
Carry out opening and closing procedures.
Ensure health, safety and security across the hotel.
Communicate with senior management and departments.
Report any incidents, maintenance issues or guest feedback to management.
Job Specifications

Organised, reliable and hands on with a strong work ethic.

Schedule
This is a shift based role, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Maximum working hours - 39 hours per week.
