We are currently seeking a Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the hotel's events department, you will be responsible for planning and executing meetings, conferences, weddings, and other events from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and décor.
* Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Working closely with various hotel departments, including catering, housekeeping, and front office, to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
