About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Kilkenny. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning within technical construction projects, proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery
* Coordinate with project teams, design consultants, and clients to align plans
* Use Primavera P6 to track progress, update programmes, and forecast outcomes
* Identify project risks and variances, implementing corrective measures as required
* Prepare accurate progress and performance reports for management and stakeholders
* Support cost, resource, and time management within the overall project framework
* Break down complex project stages into achievable milestones and deliverables
* Ensure planning documentation aligns with company standards and best practice
* Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategy development
* Provide input into continuous improvement within the planning function
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
* 3+ years' experience in project planning within technical construction projects
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential
* Experience on live pharmaceutical or data centre sites highly advantageous
* Strong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, and risk management
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
