We are expanding our high‑performing sales teams and are looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent the brand at events, trade shows, and exhibitions across the country. Key Responsibilities
Drive face‑to‑face sales: Engage with potential customers at top‑tier events in Cork and surrounding areas, promoting Butternut Box in an ethical and inspirational manner. Events include Crufts, Dogfest, Ideal Home Show and many more.
Educate dog parents: Inform and educate our customer base about the benefits of fresh, high‑quality dog food and our commitment to natural, wholesome ingredients.
Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Achieve sales targets: Set targets and strive to exceed individual and team sales goals.
About You
Dog lover: Genuine affection for dogs and an understanding of their needs.
Sales enthusiast: Passion for sales and a knack for connecting with people and their dogs.
Customer focused: Dedication to providing the best service possible.
Target‑oriented: Motivation to earn more by helping more dogs.
Weekend availability: Most high‑impact events occur on weekends; availability Friday to Sunday is required.
Minimum age: Must be at least 18 years old.
What We Offer
Uncapped commission: Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions and regular sales incentives such as gift cards, dinner vouchers and travel rewards.
Day rate of €113 with on‑target earnings between €275 and €350 per day, potentially reaching up to €500 for top performers.
