Quality Assurance Team Lead Role Overview
This is a leadership position within the Quality Assurance team.
* Review batch records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Approve master batch records and automation recipe updates to guarantee process efficiency.
* Conduct QA reviews and approvals of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and forms to maintain quality standards.
* Participate in daily and weekly operations meetings to stay informed and drive improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A third-level degree in a science or pharmaceutical discipline is essential for this role.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required, with a strong understanding of quality processes and systems.
* Prior knowledge of FDA, HPRA, EMEA, and other relevant regulations is highly desirable.
