The appointed individual will be expected to lead, manage and contribute meaningfully to M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and shareholder‑driven transactions, alongside ongoing client compliance responsibilities. The portfolio includes clients operating in a wide range of sectors including real estate, hospitality, healthcare and retail. The group advises domestic and international taxpayers on complex corporate tax advisory matters including M&A transactions, pre‑ and post‑transaction restructuring, share‑for‑share and share‑for‑undertaking exchanges, refinancings, due diligence assignments, EIIS structures and tax‑efficient exits, and aids with Revenue interventions.
