 
        
        Our client is a well-established three-partner accounting practice based in Ashbourne, providing a full range of accounting, tax, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Our team prides itself on professionalism, accuracy, and a client-focused approach. As the practice continues to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Accounts & Compliance Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality client accounting services.
The Role
 * Support client accounting services through preparation and verification of financial data.
 * Assist with year-end processes, outsourcing, and compliance documentation.
 * Manage CRAs, KYC records, and other regulatory requirements.
 * Handle administrative tasks such as loan information, tax letters, and client correspondence.
Requirements
 * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with good bookkeeping knowledge.
 * Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office.
 * Experience in an accounting practice preferred; knowledge of year-end processes desirable.
 * Excellent communication skills and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Salary & Benefits
 * Competitive salary €40,000 – €45,000 based on experience and qualifications.
 * Annual bonus up to 10%
