Senior Health & Safety Advisor – Dublin-Based Projects

Senior Health & Safety Advisor
to join its growing team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the company's EHS Management System across active sites
Champion a positive health and safety culture among site teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Conduct regular site inspections and generate detailed reports to ensure compliance
Collaborate closely with project teams to embed best-practice safety standards
Provide coaching and guidance to site personnel on EHS matters
Build strong working relationships across all levels of the project team
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Environmental Health & Safety (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred)
8+ years' experience in health and safety roles, ideally within construction
Strong understanding of Irish health and safety regulations and site practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems
