In this role, you'll:
Lead all on-site construction activities for a large‑scale apartment development
Manage subcontractors, trades, and schedules to ensure smooth delivery
Drive quality, safety, and programme targets
Liaise closely with the design team and project stakeholders
What you'll need:
5+ years' experience managing apartment or high-density residential projects
A trade background or construction-related qualification
Proven experience leading a site team from groundworks through to handover
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
