Role And Responsibilities
* Lead technician (hands on) leading the SBS team and reporting to the operations manager.
* Perform general preventative and corrective maintenance (predominantly on the building and the building fabric).
* Ensure work orders are completed in alignment with JLL KPI.
* Ensure all works meet site KPI’s and standards of quality set forth in the client contract.
* Ensure all facilities activities and requests are tracked and resolved in a timely manner in line with the helpdesk SLA.
* Ensure all works meet site safety requirements and SPA/RAMS are up to date for works.
* Maintain appropriate levels of spare parts on site.
* Conduct site inspections per current JLL/client expectations.
* Ensure compliance with JLL and client best practices, policies and procedures including Quality and EHS compliance.
* Develop close working relationships with key client stakeholders, partners and vendors.
* Involved in the JLL on-site EHS program, including reviewing ATWs, RAMS, safety awareness, site safety walks, etc.
* Identify and create opportunities to improve efficiency across all facilities-related services.
* Report to the Operations manager with solutions and/or recommendations on maintenance issues.
* Meet and exceed client relationship and expectation levels; deliver high-quality service for the site.
* Complete all related SBS work orders, PMs and CMs for the site.
Skills
* 5+ years of facility experience within maintenance/engineering/utilities/facilities environment.
* Previous supervision/foreman experience.
* Knowledge and experience of maintenance management tools and techniques.
* Strong MS Skills.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Good analytical skills and problem solving; evaluate information from problem solving activities.
* Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment.
* Ability to work to tight timescales.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
