Hotel Operations Manager
As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the front office team to ensure exceptional customer service and meet guest requests. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the team in providing the highest level of guest service, meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
* Manage the daily operations of the front office team, including managing day-to-day duties, handling guest queries promptly and efficiently, and leading the team to provide excellent customer service.
* Maximize in-room revenue and occupancy through efficient yield management strategies.
* Assist in compiling and achieving accommodation budgets by working closely with the finance team.
* E nsure the health and safety of all guests and employees by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Requirements:
* Experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a busy hotel is essential.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to effectively manage the front office team.
* Strong attention to detail and customer focus are necessary to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Knowledge of HOTSOFT is an advantage but not essential.
