Our Dublin based client is looking for a Power Platform Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. The client offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Leadership: Drive the adoption and optimisation of the Microsoft Power Platform within the organisation. Lead the design and architecture of solutions that utilise Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
2. Solution Development and Implementation: Develop and implement innovative solutions to address business needs, improving efficiency and effectiveness across departments. Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
3. Team Management and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts. Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with various departments to ensure solutions meet business needs.
4. Project Management: Manage projects from concept to delivery, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful implementation.
5. Best Practices and Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for solution development using the Power Platform. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
6. Proven experience as a Power Platform Lead or similar role with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
7. Strong understanding of data integration, system architecture, and custom development within the Power Platform environment.
8. Experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
9. Proficient in advanced data analysis, visualisation techniques, and automation workflows.
Educational Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
