On behalf of our client in Dublin, we are hiring an Accounts Assistant on a part-time basis for 2 months. This may be extended but will be an initial 20 hours. This role is fully on site based in Dublin 10.
Knowledge of Sage50 is a must while familiarity with processing RCT through ROS is desirable.
A very good understanding of excel would be advantageous.
Tasks
Posting cash receipts and payments from the bank to the cashbook (excel) and onto Sage50.
Supplier account reconciliations
Coding and posting of expenses from monthly credit cards to Sage50
Purchase invoice processing.
RCT invoices
General admin (booking flights for staff, maintaining training & safety records, OTC sales etc)
