Job Opportunity: Assistant Health and Safety Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Health and Safety Administrator to support the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) team across one or more of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing policies, procedures, and standards
* Assisting in audits and inspections in line with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements
* Coordinating HSW inspection and audit schedules
* Carrying out routine HSW inspections and assisting in documentation and reporting
* Analysing data from reports, audits, and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Supporting the creation of mitigation and corrective action plans with the HSW team
Requirements:
* Some experience in a health and safety support role or strong interest in construction safety
* Basic understanding of HSW legislation, inspections, and risk assessment processes
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Proactive and solution-focused approach
* A recognised health and safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely Level 2 or equivalent)
