Job Summary
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing of each payroll cycle in a multi-site, multi-cycle environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure SOX-compliant payroll processes and audit-readiness of all payroll cycles.
2. Support CSO and other regulatory reporting.
3. Complete employee salary certificates and pay history requests.
4. Address employee and manager inquiries related to the execution of the payroll process.
5. Assist associates with understanding the timekeeping system functionality.
6. Reconcile biweekly payroll funding to the payroll registers and monthly Revenue funding to RoS.
7. Participate in initiatives to enhance payroll processes and deliver a positive hire-to-retire employee experience.
