The ideal candidate is a master of change management and stakeholder communication, capable of navigating the unique technical and cultural needs of creative studio environments while driving corporate IT standards
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in IT project management, service transition, or a similar role, preferably within a global organization
Proven experience leading large-scale technology adoption projects (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, ERP)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and best practices
Experience working in or with creative industries, such as Media & Entertainment or video games, is a significant plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Business Partner Manager to serve as the dedicated IT liaison for our Media & Entertainment (M&E) service line
This role is the bridge between our central IT initiatives and 13 of our creative studios across the globe
You will be responsible for managing the seamless onboarding of these studios onto strategic technology platforms and will act as their primary point of contact for IT escalations
Studio Escalation & Support: Act as the primary escalation point for IT issues and service requests for 13 M&E studios, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication in partnership with our Global Service Delivery teams
Strategic Onboarding:
Lead and manage the transition of studios onto key corporate IT initiatives, including:
Google Workplace: Drive adoption and migration to Google Workplace and appropriate leveraging of AI tools for optimization
ServiceNow: Oversee adoption of ServiceNow for streamlined IT service management and prioritize catalogue tailoring to drive automation
Hardware Asset Management (HAM): Manage the rollout of our new hardware RFP and implement standardized asset management protocols
Software Asset Management (SAM): Lead software consolidation and optimization efforts to improve efficiency and reduce costs
ERP & Workday: Guide studios through the integration and adoption of our new ERP and Workday Contingent Worker platforms
Change Management: Develop and execute detailed transition plans, create documentation, and provide training to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes with minimal disruption to studio operations
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships with studio leadership and key personnel to understand their business needs and ensure IT initiatives deliver value
