Support Worker - Residential Services, Tipperary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our residential care team in Tipperary. This role involves supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a warm, homely, and person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day support with personal care, life skills, and community activities
2. Promote independence, dignity, and overall quality of life for residents
3. Assist in the implementation of Person-Centred Plans
4. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents' needs
Essential Requirements:
5. QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent
6. Minimum 6 months' experience in a care setting (experience in disability services preferred)
7. Full, clean Irish/EU driving licence
8. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Shifts & Hours:
Full-Time (Permanent) - 36 hours per week
10. 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift
Part-Time (Permanent) - 49 hours per fortnight
11. Evening midweek shifts: 4:30pm - 10:00pm
12. Saturday shifts: 12 hours
13. Sunday shifts: 10 hours
14. No overnight sleepovers
15. Additional relief shifts available if desired
