As part of our ongoing fleet and organisational expansion, we now have an opportunity for a Senior Manager reporting to the Head of Financial Operations & Contracts Management to develop a successful and rewarding career and gain significant exposure at all levels across the full breadth of the organisation.
ORIX Aviation is an aircraft leasing company established in 1991, with over 200 aircraft owned, managed, and committed on lease to more than 50 airlines across more than 30 countries. ORIX Aviation is a 30% shareholder in Avolon and has offices in Dublin and Dubai, working with a team of aviation specialists in ORIX Corporation in Tokyo. Key Responsibilities
* Deal team participation and support, including due diligence and draft contract review
* Contract reviews, data capture and contract setup on the contract management system (Leasepoint)
* Management/oversight of lessee insurances
* Monitoring and management of overdue interest calculation and invoicing, collections, debt service, security deposits, and letters of credit
* Recharge and expenditure management
* Contract milestone management
* Manage a portfolio of contracts with airline customers
* Preparation and review of Aircraft Purchase Price Calculations
* Provide senior management with meaningful information/reports as requested
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA desirable but not essential
* Minimum 1-3 years experience in Aviation Leasing
* Ability to identify and communicate matters of importance succinctly to team members, senior management and other stakeholders
* Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
* Enthusiastic and strong communicator, highly organised and a self-starter
* Previous experience within a Contracts Management or Finance Operations department is a distinct advantage but not essential
