Career Vision Recruitersis seeking an experienced and drivenOperations Managerto lead daily operations at a vibrant hospitality venue in Wexford. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire a high-performing team, enhance guest experiences, and drive operational excellence across all departments.About The RoleWorking closely with the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable guest experiences, maximising revenue, and implementing innovative strategies that ensure the venues success. Flexibility is essential, as this role includes day, evening, and late-night shifts, with weekend work required and rotating weekends off.Key ResponsibilitiesLead department heads and operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.Oversee coordination across accommodation, food & beverage, events, and guest services.Partner with the events team to deliver exceptional, tailored experiences with flawless execution.Work with sales and marketing to drive event business, enhance the venues reputation, and maximise revenue opportunities.Conduct regular health & safety audits, proactively addressing risks and ensuring compliance.Lead sustainability initiatives, identifying innovative ways to reduce environmental impact and improve efficiency.Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control efforts to drive profitability.Implement dynamic pricing strategies, upselling initiatives, and efficient labour management to exceed financial targets.Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring swift resolutions and elevated satisfaction.RequirementsProven leadership and organisational skills, ideally with 35 years experience in hospitality operations.Experience in events, food & beverage, and multi-department management.Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and sustainability best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards.This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a lasting impact.
