Due to our growth and expansion within our motor factor network, we are looking for an Area Sales Support Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic, highly motivated automotive professionals to help establish and expand our brand in Ireland, especially as we have recently entered the Irish market. A high-performing Area Sales Support Manager will be responsible for increasing customer acquisition and revenue growth by maintaining competitiveness and fostering innovation. Your role will include maximizing sales, providing analysis and insights into sales performance, and developing strategies for growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Improve sales and sales processes within your area.
2. Work closely with branch sales teams to maximize sales opportunities and ensure excellent customer service.
3. Build strong relationships with sales teams, identify training needs, and deliver relevant training.
4. Measure sales team performance against set KPIs and implement improvements.
5. Introduce new products and brands into the ROI market, ensuring the sales team is informed and motivated to sell confidently.
6. Identify new business opportunities and develop existing ones through effective sales planning.
7. Conduct local market research, monitor competitor activity, and report findings.
8. Coordinate and assist with sales promotions and marketing materials.
9. Achieve sales growth in line with budget expectations.
10. Assist with customer visits when required.
11. Maintain a high level of commercial awareness.

To be successful in this role:

1. Experience in developing sales.
2. Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer skills.
4. Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket sector.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
