Responsibilities
The position will have 2 main area of responsibility. One related to general IT Support and the second to Database management
IT Support
1. Provide first point of IT Support contact for all Forvis Mazars staff across the network.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to senior staff.
3. Assist with the management of service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
4. Provide technical assistance to project teams.
5. Develop an understanding of Forvis Mazars operational systems and infrastructure.
Database Analyst
6. Analysing, writing and executing SQL queries
7. Familiarising with Practice Engine database schema to be able to provide support for the issues related to PE
8. Managing task and activities on Practice Engine
9. Managing other databases as needed
General
10. Demonstratemitment to and promotion of a culture of service excellence and continual improvement within the IT department.
Ideal Candidate
11. Must have medium SQL knowledge
12. Basic Windows knowledge
13. Help Desk experience would be advantageous
14. Must be customer service orientated
