The opportunity
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with both new and existing customers, solving problems and ensuring they have everything they need for a productive day.
A typical day at Regus
1. Arrive 15 minutes before opening to prepare the centre and ensure cleanliness.
2. Assist customers with requests such as WiFi code changes, package arrivals, directions, and setting up meeting equipment.
3. Manage mail and other customer requests, including follow-up emails.
4. Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize upcoming networking events, including planning, invitations, and posting notices.
5. Help manage the centre's closing procedures, including directing meeting groups and ensuring the centre is tidy before leaving.
About you
We’re seeking someone who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be:
* A strong communicator capable of building professional relationships and empathizing with customer needs.
* Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to changing situations.
* Confident in using MS Office and basic IT packages.
