Plant Maintenance Specialist Job Opportunity
Ensuring the smooth operation of our expanding biotech facility is crucial to its success. As a Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining complex equipment and systems.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including installation, emergency, corrective, and preventive maintenance (PM) of equipment.
* Coordinate with vendors to manage maintenance contracts and issue permits to work.
* Review reports and records, applying engineering expertise to find solutions promptly.
* Collaborate with project teams to specify, install, commission, and test new or recommissioned equipment, utilities, and plant systems.
* Own or provide engineering input to deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent trade qualification in an engineering discipline.
* At least 5 years of industry experience in GMP manufacturing, with 3+ years in maintenance of chemical, HVAC/mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical power, control systems, and building management systems.
* Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in MS packages.
