The Quality Assurance Project Analyst plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives. This remote contract opportunity will provide essential administrative and analytical support to project teams, helping to drive the execution of a best-in-class Quality Management System (QMS).
Working collaboratively with both global and local teams, the analyst will support project planning, data analysis, documentation, and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the project team in bridging the gap between project plans and quality assurance deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
* Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources to establish relationships and relevance in the context of QA requirements.
* Analyze consolidated data to identify gaps in compliance with Quality Documentation standards (e.g., legislation, SOPs, lab specifications).
* Collaborate with the Project Manager and team members to develop and execute action plans that address identified gaps.
* Coordinate project activities involving local sites, ensuring alignment with global QA objectives.
* Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and other communication materials for key stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related scientific discipline.
* Experience: 5–8 years of experience in quality assurance or quality process oversight, preferably within a regulated industry.
* Documentation: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Quality Documentation, including regulatory legislation, laboratory specifications, and SOPs.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data consolidation and analysis.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
* Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Self-Management: Proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
