About This Role
This position plays a critical role in the implementation and support of Finance & Controlling modules within our SAP S/4HANA environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver project scope documents, business process design, and configuration for financial management systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and translation of business needs into technical requirements.
* Apply technical expertise to all phases of systems analysis, considering the business implications of applications in current and future environments.
* Conduct functional and technical reviews of IT design documentation with development and design teams.
* Evaluate system changes to ensure they align with Teleflex validation procedures.
* Deliver high-quality services and solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
* Configure core SAP Finance Modules, including Asset Accounting, Tax Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations.
* Manage global templates to ensure system stability and supportability.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.
* At least 6 years of experience configuring SAP Finance & Controlling modules, with a minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations.
* Experience in SAP Asset Accounting and Tax Accounting.
* Knowledge of European or US GAAP tax and legal reporting requirements.
* SAP certification is advantageous.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
* Deep knowledge of FICO modules, including Asset Accounting, Tax Accounting, Universal Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
* Strong understanding of Logistics & SD integration.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
* Self-motivated team player with good organizational skills, cultural awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
