Site Agent Water Projects A leading civil and utilities contractor, in partnership with Uisce ireann, is seeking a Site Agent to oversee major water infrastructure projects across Dublin, Meath, and Louth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer or Site Agent to join a reputable contractor and play a key leadership role in delivering essential water supply and wastewater network upgrades.
Projects include delivery across Growth & Development, Metering, Rehab, Connections & Developer Services, Reinstatement, and Leakage management.
Works involve water main replacements, pipeline construction, and wastewater infrastructure, forming part of ongoing programmes to improve water quality, reduce leakage, and secure supply for growing communities.
Duties: Oversee day-to-day management of water and wastewater projects from planning through to completion.
Lead and coordinate site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Manage programme delivery, resource allocation, and materials procurement.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Liaise with Uisce ireann, consultants, utility providers, and local authorities.
Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and risk assessments.
Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental culture on-site.
Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving as required.
Requirements: Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 57 years experience in civils or utilities projects, with strong knowledge of water infrastructure delivery.
Proven track record managing water mains, pipelines, or wastewater network upgrades.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety, QA/QC, and environmental compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites across Dublin, Meath, and Louth.
Salary & Benefits: Circa €7585 K, depending on experience.
