We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry production, with a focus on quality and presentation. They will be responsible for contributing to the preparation of pastries and desserts according to menu requirements, as well as participating in menu planning and ensuring timely preparation.
* Be knowledgeable of the day's business, familiar with the menu, and aware of daily specials.
* Avoid wastage, observe proper portion control, and act responsibly.
* Maintain excellent food hygiene practices throughout the food chain.
* Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen and Food & Beverage outlets.
* Report maintenance issues to your supervisor.
